1. Show the outcome the user gets, not the software itself.
2. Pick a perspective (top-down, eye level) and keep it across the page.
3. Generate at wide resolution and test crops on mobile.
4. Compress and lazy-load everything below the fold.
5. A/B test two hero images; it is cheap when generation is free.
